My name is Pauline Johnson, and after spending 32 years managing a boutique resort in Eleuthera, Bahamas, I retired and returned to one of my greatest passions—baking. What began as a love for creating delicious cakes for family and friends grew into a business that allows me to serve my community while doing something I truly enjoy.

 

At PJ’s Delight Cakes, we believe that every occasion deserves a cake that not only looks beautiful but tastes amazing. From birthdays and anniversaries to weddings, graduations, and family gatherings, we take pride in creating moist, delicious cakes that leave lasting memories.

 

Our signature cake is our Cream Cheese Pound Cake with Cream Cheese Mousse Filling and Marshmallow Frosting, a customer favorite that has become known for its rich flavor and incredible texture.
