How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed by phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or through the website contact form. Please provide your desired date, cake flavor, size, and any design details.
How much notice do you require?
We recommend placing orders at least 5–7 days in advance. Larger custom cakes may require additional notice.
What cake flavors do you offer?
We offer a variety of delicious homemade cakes, including our best-selling Cream Cheese Pound Cake with Cream Cheese Mousse Filling and Marshmallow Frosting. Seasonal and specialty flavors may also be available.
Do you make custom cakes?
Yes! We create cakes for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, baby showers, graduations, church events, and other special occasions.

How are your cakes made?
Every cake is baked fresh using quality ingredients and prepared with care and attention to detail.
Do you require a deposit?
Custom cake orders may require a deposit to secure the booking date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun on the order.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes may be accommodated if requested well before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
Please inform us of any allergies when ordering. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts.
