Ordering
By placing an order with PJ’s Delight Cakes, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Payments
Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required before an order is confirmed. Payment methods will be communicated at the time of ordering.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and secure your booking date.
Order Changes
Changes to cake designs, sizes, flavors, or pickup dates must be requested as early as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date may not qualify for a refund due to preparation costs already incurred.
Pickup and Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon pickup or delivery. Once the cake has been accepted, responsibility for proper handling and storage transfers to the customer.
Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and other allergens. Customers with food allergies should notify us before ordering.
Design Variations
While every effort is made to replicate requested designs, handmade cakes may vary slightly from reference photos.
Limitation of Liability
PJ’s Delight Cakes shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper handling, transportation, or storage after pickup or delivery.
